PassiveLogic Swarm Sensors allow you to gather deep occupant and building insights, all at less than the cost of a thermostat. In addition to air temperature, radiant temperature, humidity, and air quality, both the Swarm and Swarm Mini sensors work with Hive Nodes to track and respond to occupant locations via Bluetooth mesh trilateralization.

All sensor data reports automatically back to your Hive in real time. Data is aggregated from every zone, occupant, and sensor measurement to create a comfort-based control path for your building. Swarm Sensors act as user feedback and input points with beautiful touch LED displays. The Hive platform monitors user location and metabolic rates via activity sensors, adjusting comfort dynamics automatically based on real-time data.

Effortless Networking

All your Swarm multi-sensors  effortlessly communicate with each other and the Hive node.  The mesh network is automatically configured with no networking expertise required.

Human Centered

If you have been running, your metabolic rate increases and you get hotter. Evaporation cools your skin and your breathing accelerates. PassiveLogic predicts this change in physiology, then factors the radiant temperature, current humidity, and air movement to compute the perfect comfort path to control your occupied zone.
